South Carolina Litter Control Association is an organization dedicated to the cause of litter reduction in the state of South Carolina through education and enforcement efforts.
Our mission is to support and actively promote membership to all professionals engaging in Litter Control work and to anyone interested in the cause of litter control and to be the voice for strict enforcement of all litter laws.
Membership is open to individuals, groups, businesses and any agency interested in the cause of antilitter, enforcement and public awareness of litter in the state.
